Same as Dark Swirl, this skill may trigger after Sink, with the potential to activate up to 3 times in a row to stack up the debuff on the enemy. The only difference is that Scarlet Flutter targets the enemy troop with the highest MOR, reducing their DMG output to provide cover for our allies.

While granting self-recovery capability to Helga's troop in Brigade 1, Leviathan also targets the enemy's key Hero and troop to reduce their damage output. This significantly lowers the risk of being wiped out by the enemy's burst damage and also opens up more strategic options.
