How Is Top-Up Cashback Calculated?
Each top-up continues to accumulate until the quota is reached.
• Calculation Base: Your Membership Level determines a monthly calculation base (For example, the calculation base for LV.1 is 1,000 Paid HCoin) and a cashback percentage (e.g., 5%).
• Calculation Limit: Only the accumulated top-up amount within the monthly calculation base is eligible for cashback calculation.
• Formula: Calculation Base × Cashback Percentage = Cashback Quota
Example: If you are a LV.1 member and purchase a total of 3,000 HCoin (Paid) in one month:
1. The first 1,000 HC will be included in the calculation base, granting 1,000 × 5% = 50 HCoin cashback.
2. The remaining 2,000 HCoin will not be included in the cashback calculation.
3. You receive a total of 50 HCoin (Free).
※ If a single top-up triggers a level-up (e.g., LV.1 → LV.2), the system will immediately apply the new level and include the remaining HCoin in the LV.2 calculation.
