Solution 1: Reinstall the App

1. Try deleting and reinstalling the app.

2. If the issue persists, please wait 1–2 hours for us to complete the necessary updates.

Solution 2: Use an Android Emulator

1. Use an Android (APK) emulator to play.

2. This avoids iOS certificate issues and allows for more stable gameplay.

Solution 3: Sign the IPA Yourself (iOS Only)

1. iOS users may manually sign and install the IPA file. Please refer to the "IPA Installation" guide at the bottom of the game's iOS download page , or visit the tutorial (taking XXL WOOFIA as an example). The steps are the same for all games.

2. Manual signing provides a more stable experience.
