As one of the Three Grands, Shangguan Jing'er also served as a regent, skillfully assisting the young emperor in stabilizing the court. Now, she descends upon Orisries!Let's learn more about this Hero together with Lucia! Skill Overview [Collecting Evidence] [Follow-up Skill]After a basic attack from the troop, there is a chance to reduce the PDEF of 2 enemy troops for 1 turn, reduce the PDEF of the troop of the enemy Hero with the highest COM for 1 turn, and deal Physical DMG to the enemy troop with the lowest current HP%.[Grant Skill]Grant all of own Shenxiao Heroes other than self: After a basic attack, there is a chance to increase the chance of using Collecting Evidence for Shangguan Jing'er's troop for 2 turns, up to 2 stacks. ※The skill DMG and skill effect receive a bonus based on own MOR and SPD. Skill Analysis:This skill reduces PDEF for multiple enemy units and also deals Physical DMG to the enemy troop with the lowest current HP%. Furthermore, each basic attack used by your other Shenxiao Heroes has a chance to increase the activation rate of Collecting Evidence, making this debuffing and damaging mechanism increasingly powerful as the battle progresses. [Power Play] [Initiating Skill]At the beginning, grant all of own troops Evade: There is a chance to avoid taking DMG when attacked for 1 turn.[Follow-up Skill]For the first 4 turns, after a basic attack from the troop, there is a chance to grant all of own troops Evade: There is a chance to avoid taking DMG when attacked for 2 turns, up to 2 stack(s).[Grant Skill]Grant all of own Shenxiao Heroes other than self: For the first 4 turns, after a basic attack, there is a chance to increase the chance of using Power Play for Shangguan Jing'er's troop for 2 turns, up to 2 stacks. ※The activation chance receives a bonus based on own MOR and SPD. Skill Analysis:Power Play grants all of own troops Evade at the start of the battle and after subsequent basic attacks, with a chance for the troops to completely avoid taking damage, continuously providing a protective barrier for the team. When combined with the basic attacks of other Shenxiao Heroes, the activation rate of this Evade effect can be further increased, allowing Shangguan Jing'er to buff while also ensuring the team's survivability. [Order Restoration] [Follow-up Skill]After a basic attack from the troop, there is a chance to reduce the MDEF of 2 enemy troops for 1 turn, reduce the MDEF of the enemy troop of the Hero with the highest current COM for 1 turn, and deal Magic DMG to 1 enemy troop with the lowest current HP%.[Grant Skill]Grant all of own Shenxiao Heroes other than self: After a basic attack, there is a chance to increase the chance of using Order Restoration for Shangguan Jing'er's troop for 2 turns, up to 2 stacks. ※The skill effect receives a bonus based on own MOR and SPD. Skill Analysis:The skill reduces the MDEF of two enemy troops and the enemy troop with the highest COM, while also dealing Magic DMG to the enemy troop with the lowest current HP%, allowing for even more DMG output from Shangguan Jing'er and her allies. Exclusive Weapon Weapon Name: Phoenix FeatherMax. stats: Troop DMG+80%, MOR+21, SPD+5 [Follow-up Skill]For the first 4 turns, after a basic attack from the troop, there is a chance to grant 2 of own Heroes and troops other than self's Lowest HP Lock-on: There is a 100% chance to prioritize attacking the unit with the lowest HP% for 1 turn.[Grant Skill]Grant own Shenxiao Heroes: For the first 4 turns, after a basic attack, there is a chance to increase the DMG dealt for 2 of own Heroes and troops other than self's for 1 turn, up to 2 stacks. During the first 4 turns of battle, Phoenix Feather allows own Heroes and troops other than self's to focus their attacks on the enemy with the lowest HP%. Also, it grants other Shenxiao Heroes a damage boost after each basic attack. This synergizes well with Collecting Evidence's effect when trying to finish off enemies with low HP, allowing Shangguan Jing'er's team to quickly establish its rhythm in the early game. Team Compositions Recommended: Sunlit Wave Liu Feixue + Shangguan Jing'er + Gongsun Yan Upgrade Priority: Collecting Evidence > Power Play > Order Restoration (1TP) Team Analysis: <Sunlit Wave Liu Feixue> Tidebreaker > Midsummer SupplyIt continuously increases the enemy's Physical DMG taken while healing the entire team, and the buff removal effect can also reduce the enemy team's defensive capabilities, making her the best choice for breaking through the enemy defense. <Shangguan Jing'er> Collecting Evidence > Power PlayAfter using basic attacks, she can continuously reduce the PDEF of 2 enemy troops while also dealing Physical DMG to low-health enemy targets. The Evade effect also provides a soft shield to sustain the team until Sunlit Wave Liu Feixue can unleash her full power. <Gongsun Yan> Thunder & Flame Strike > Wind & Thunder PathGongsun Yan's attack targeting the highest COM perfectly complements Shangguan Jing'er's PDEF reduction, and with increased Physical DMG taken for the enemy, they can unleash a burst of damage in a single turn, leaving the enemy healers no time to recover. Shangguan Jing'er's initiating and follow-up skills provide Evade, stabilizing the early game and allowing for a smoother transition to Liu Feixue's power spike. This is particularly effective against mid-speed teams. Furthermore, the PDEF reduction from Collecting Evidence, in combination with the increased enemy DMG taken from Liu Feixue's Tidebreaker and Midsummer Supply's buff removal effect, goes well with Gongsun Yan's burst damage on the enemy with the highest COM. Together, they can effectively break through late-game lineups that rely on high COM or buffs to maintain their defense. With the EX Weapon, Phoenix Feather, attacks and DMG buffs can be applied to low-health targets at the same time, accelerating the battle speed. Even in unfavorable matchups against fast-paced teams that unleash their full power in the first turn, the Evade effect will still be able to provide fundamental protection. Recommended: Shen Ruoshuang + Shangguan Jing'er + Luo Wanyan Upgrade Priority: Order Restoration > Power Play > Collecting Evidence (1TP) Team Analysis: <Shen Ruoshuang> Fengshui Sigil > Heaven SigilAs a consistent Magic DPS from Shenxiao, combined with the MDEF reduction from Order Restoration, she can steadily reduce the enemy's health, securing subsequent victory. <Shangguan Jing'er> Order Restoration > Power PlayAfter a basic attack, it can continuously weaken the MDEF of 2 enemy troops while simultaneously dealing Magic DMG to the enemy with low health. The Evade effect combined with the Confuse effect can effectively counter the enemy's burst damage, giving it an overwhelming advantage against fast-paced teams. <Luo Wanyan> Foxfire Charm > Seductive InvitationEach turn, there is a chance for her to deal Magic DMG to enemy troops and inflict Confuse, causing the enemy troops to target themselves as they attack. Combined with Shangguan Jing'er's weakening effect on the enemy defense and Evade effect, it can give you a massive advantage in the early stage. Up against a team capable of granting Evade and inflicting Confuse, which subsequently creates a solid anti-fast-attack lineup, even when the enemy is equipped with anti-Confusion gear, they will still need to deal with the Evade effect. Through the MDEF reduction from Order Restoration, combined with the stable Magic output from Shen Ruoshuang's Fengshui Sigil > Heaven Sigil, mid-paced and fast-paced enemies can be effectively suppressed. If the team is with the EX Weapon, Phoenix Feather, the entire team can focus its attacks on low-health targets, allowing the Magic output to finish the battle faster after the enemy MDEF reduction. Against long-term defensive counterattack lineups that gradually build up their defense, it is recommended to utilize the early-to-mid-game tempo advantage to gain an early lead and avoid dragging the game into late stages. Recommended: Yang Ziyun + Shangguan Jing'er + Luo Wanyan Upgrade Priority: Collecting Evidence > Order Restoration > Power Play (1TP) Team Analysis:<Yang Ziyun> Warflame Ascendant > Cinderblade FlurryLeveraging its overwhelming firepower, coupled with Shangguan Jing'er's PDEF/MDEF debuff, it can break through the opponent's defenses in one fell swoop. The locking effect provided by Phoenix Feather also makes it easier to concentrate the team's firepower, reducing the threat from the enemy. <Shangguan Jing'er> Collecting Evidence > Order RestorationAfter a basic attack, it can continuously weaken the PDEF and MDEF of 2 enemy troops while also dealing Physical DMG to low-health enemy targets, becoming the key to breaking through the enemy's defenses. <Luo Wanyan> Foxfire Charm > Seductive InvitationEach turn, there is a chance for her to deal Magic DMG to enemy troops and inflict Confuse, causing the enemy troops to target themselves as they attack. Combined with Shangguan Jing'er's weakening effect on the enemy defense, it can amplify its Magic output. The team's strategy revolves around utilizing Luo Wanyan's Confuse to achieve a seamless offensive and defensive lineup, allowing the enemy to hit their own team while dealing damage. With the PDEF and MDEF reduction from Collecting Evidence and Order Restoration, combined with Yang Ziyun's Warflame Ascendant for dual-target attacks and Cinderblade Flurry's finishing blow, the team can effectively counter fast-paced teams, quickly turning the tide of battle. Equipped with the EX Weapon, Phoenix Feather, the team can further enhance its ability to target low-health targets, allowing for an even smoother battle. However, due to the lack of protection provided by Evade, the team must secure early-to-mid-game victories using PDEF and MDEF reduction and Confuse—especially against rush teams. Conversely, they would face a disadvantage against opponents immune to status effects or those good at prolonged attrition battles. Lucia's Summary As the Grand Chancellor, Shangguan Jing'er wields the power to oversee and impeach the court officials. She is a Vanguard of both strength and flexibility. While she can weaken the enemy's defenses after basic attacks, she can also buff her troop and allow it to target the enemy with the lowest HP%. She grants Evade to herself and her teammates, allowing the team to grow stronger as the battle progresses. If utilized correctly, even the most tenacious enemy lineups eventually crumble under her calculated strategies!
